In a difficult year for all businesses we are pleased to say that we ended 2010 in much the same shape that we started – which was no mean feat bearing in mind the economic downturn. We are now looking towards a much better 2011 and all the feedback from our marketing is very encouraging indeed.

We were joined by Steve Farmer earlier in the year as our new Operations Manager. Steve comes to us from Signature Flight Support at Luton Airport and has been known to the crew for many years. His experience with Signature has proved invaluable and he has settled into the job extremely well.

Steve says he is delighted he no longer works a night shift although he is on call 24/7 and his Blackberry is never far from his hand!
